Cancellation Policy
Cancellations/reschedules can be made 12 hrs or more prior to appt time with no penalty. If changes are made less than 12 hrs, 50% of appt value is charged. No call/no shows will result in 100% of the appointment value charged. We value our LMT, and her time. We also value the opportunity for other clients that may have been able to use the time as well.
